Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality education. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. Assess children's developmental milestones and adapt activities to meet individual needs. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education OR 90 credits towards Early Childhood Education and actively finishing your degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents. Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor. Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education.
