Organization Overview:
The Lead Operator - CMMS Data Administrator will join the Utilities, Facilities, and Project Engineering team to provide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) support, analysis, and direction at the Lilly Kenosha County (LKC) campus to create, implement, and maintain all data and associated documentation within the CMMS and to work with customer requests directly while creating, developing, and implementing a process to manage all site CMMS data and documentation updates, additions, and deletions.
Responsibilities:
The CMMS Data Administrator is expected to understand the needs and requirements of the customer (Engineering, Facilities, Metrology, Operations, HSE, etc.) and must be able to work effectively with customers, handle customer questions with tact and understanding while displaying good customer service.
Ensures integrity of site CMMS data.Participate in the Security review and Periodic Review processes of the CMMS in collaboration with Tech@Lilly.Promote the use of system functionality / capability to improve work processes.Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of new CMMS releases for the site.Resolve system problems using data analysis and problem-solving skills.Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of all associated guidance documents, business rules of processes, and local training materials.Acts as site expert on the information structure within the CMMS application and develop queries / reports to support standardization.Assist Calibration / Maintenance and QA by performing compliance checks within the CMMS (e.g., audit trail review).Partners with owners to create job plans and ensure linkages are made to allow work orders to generate correctly.Partners with owners to ensure best practices are followed for Location Codes, Process Codes, and all other data entry aspects for the system.Creates and provides reports to Supervisors and creates Department metrics and tracks calibration / maintenance trending.Represents certain customers in the building and on occasion may serve as the requester for a change proposal.Assist in Calibration / Maintenance SOP creation, modification, and review process.Coordinate with Global GMARS team on best practices, system shutdowns to alert site, training, and security requirements for the site, etc.Must accurately document the actions taken to updates, additions, and / or deletions in the site CMMS.Provide troubleshooting / help to site CMMS system users.Own and approve system access to the site CMMS system.Participate in and support site audits as the CMMS SME.Compile and present data on site Calibration / Maintenance performance vs. global metrics to Site Management.Basic Requirements:
High School diploma / GED.Minimum 3-5 years of experience delivering and supporting CMMS systems or equivalent systems.Highly regulated industry experience and knowledge of cGMP and Data Integrity requirements.Demonstrated office software skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, UMS, data historian) and collaboration sites.Prior Power User experience in one or more areas of CMMS use, with ability and desire to develop in all CMMS uses.Additional Skills/Preferences:
Bachelor of Science – Engineering or field related to Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent experience, desired.Minimum 2 years of Maintenance / Engineering (Plant and / or Reliability) experience desired.Must be able to speak, read, and write English at a sufficient level to communicate technical and business information effectively.Must be able to effectively work in a team environment.Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, JMP, BO, etc.CMRP or CRE would be beneficial.Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$33.89 - $54.47Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
