Lead Operations Processor / Print Services Specialty Print Team (CSBBO)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Operations Processor supporting the Specialty Print team within Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsInteract with internal customersLead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among operation teamsEnsure staff consistently review job instructions prior to processing workPerform or guide others on complex escalated issues that require planning, evaluation, and interpretationConfirm staff accurately log discrepancies and escalate concerns to management for review and resolutionPrioritize work and provide daily work leadership and mentorship to teamReinforce expectations for verifying completeness and alignment of all incoming and outgoing workProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within departmentProvide training and technical guidance for less experienced staffEnsure staff maintain required daily logs, spreadsheets, and worksheetsMonitor adherence to established procedures to confirm work is completed accurately, thoroughly, and in compliance with organizational standardsReceive direction from leadersServe as a resource to other departments on transaction structure, documentation, and company policiesValidate that productivity measures, quality metrics, and other operational trackers are updated accurately and timelySupport management in the day-to-day supervision of less experienced teams, providing guidance, and resolution to issues contributing to overall effectiveness of teamCoordinate staff rotation across multiple workstreams to balance workload and maintain operational continuityEncourage staff to support a culture of continuous improvement through proactive feedback and collaborationOversee the identification, documentation, and timely reporting of quality issue

Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday

Shift is subject to change based upon business needs Shift may require additional hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed or scheduled

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
