Lead Network Project - Program Manager
**Job Description:** **This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. In this role, you will work closely with teams across Network Operations, Construction & Engineering, Field Operations, Care Operations, and Technology to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing improvement of business-critical initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** + Partner with cross-functional teams to understand, communicate, and enhance the impact of network processes on business operations. + Identify and implement process improvements that align with AT&T’s strategic priorities. + Analyze network outages and production issues, assess business and customer impacts, and coordinate effective responses and mitigation strategies. + Oversee the rollout of new projects and initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals, timelines, and impacts. + Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement. + Manage programs that introduce new technologies, process enhancements, and communication strategies to advance AT&T’s business objectives. + Prepare clear, comprehensive reports and documentation on outages, performance, and improvement initiatives for stakeholders at all levels. + Provide regular updates and strategic insights to leadership, enabling informed decision-making and organizational alignment. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in project or program management, preferably within telecommunications or technology sectors. + Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across diverse teams. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. + Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-focused communications. + Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvement. + Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus. **Why AT&T?** Join a company at the forefront of innovation, committed to empowering both employees and customers.
