What You'll Do:
The Lead Member of Technical Staff (LMTS) is a senior-level technical expert responsible for delivering complex projects and driving innovation. This role requires deep understanding of Network OSS (Operations Support Systems) with an ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive timelines while keeping security a top priority.
What You'll Need:
Lead design of scalable & secure systems supporting strategic Network Systems transformation initiatives.Development and integration of advanced technical solutions in cloud platforms, leveraging Artificial Intelligence.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in core technologies and platforms, advising teams across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technology strategies.What You’ll Bring:
PhD in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Proven track record of delivering impactful technical solutions and leading large-scale projects.Strong analytical mindset with experience in Gen AI, horizontal systems, and emerging technologiesExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across levels.Our Lead Member of Technical Staff, earns between $153,300.00 - $257,400.00 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
