This role requires deep understanding of Network OSS (Operations Support Systems) with an ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive timelines while keeping security a top priority. **What You'll Need:** + Lead design of scalable & secure systems supporting strategic Network Systems transformation initiatives. + Development and integration of advanced technical solutions in cloud platforms, leveraging Artificial Intelligence. + Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in core technologies and platforms, advising teams across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technology strategies. **What You’ll Bring:** + PhD in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. + Proven track record of delivering impactful technical solutions and leading large-scale projects. + Strong analytical mindset with experience in Gen AI, horizontal systems, and emerging technologies + Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across levels. Our Lead Member of Technical Staff, earns between $153,300.00 - $257,400.00 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
