As the Lead Market Development for AT&T’s Wireline Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in driving market growth and expanding AT&T’s wireline services footprint. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and increase market share across targeted segments. This position demands a forward-thinking, results-driven professional with deep expertise in wireline technologies and market dynamics.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ **Strategic Market Planning:** Develop and implement comprehensive market development strategies that align with AT&T’s wireline portfolio goals and business objectives.
+ **Opportunity Identification:** Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new revenue streams and growth areas.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, product management, marketing, and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance portfolio offerings.
+ **Market Intelligence:** Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence to inform product development, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.

**Education/Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
+ 5+ years of related experience.
+ Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Market Development earns between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
