Job Description

Join our team as a Lead Maintenance Technician at a state-of-the-art Food & Beverage facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of equipment and systems through expert maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair VFD, PLC, and robotic systems.Understand and implement industrial safety circuits and protocols.Perform mechanical tasks, including bearing replacement and sprocket alignment.Handle electrical systems, particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v.Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, and steam systems.Engage in welding and basic machining tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

Proven experience with VFD, PLC, and robotic troubleshooting.Strong understanding of industrial safety circuits and safety protocols.Mechanical aptitude with experience in bearing replacement and sprocket alignment.Experience in handling electrical systems, particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with steam systems and boilers.Welding experience.Basic machining experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
