As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities. You will ensure that all machinery, systems, and infrastructure are functioning efficiently and safely. In this role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
ResponsibilitiesOversee maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities.Ensure all machinery, systems, and infrastructure function efficiently and safely.Lead a team of maintenance technicians.Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machinery reliability.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Perform maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and conveyor systems.Maintain maintenance parts and supplies inventory.Train and direct team members on maintenance tasks.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Essential SkillsExperience in maintenance technician roles.Proficient in electrical, PLC troubleshooting, and hydraulic systems.Skilled in industrial and electrical troubleshooting.Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and pneumatics systems.Experience with motors, 3-phase systems, and maintenance repair.Ability to troubleshoot and maintain conveyor systems, plumbing, welding, and fabrication.Forklift repair experience.Work EnvironmentWeekend Shift (Friday - Sunday, 12-hour shifts, 6 AM - 6:30 PM) with a $2.50 shift differential. Training will take place on the first shift during the week, with the option to pick 2 days for 4-5 months depending on experience (8:00 AM - 8:30 PM).
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
