**Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Mechatronics Technician, you will play a pivotal role in leading, managing, and training teams of technicians. You will install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment, including conveyors, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. **Responsibilities** + Lead, manage, and train teams of technicians. + Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors. + Install and the person photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders. + Provide feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programs. + Complete assigned PMs and suggest improvements if needed. **Essential Skills** + Industrial maintenance experience. + Equipment maintenance expertise. + Electro-mechanical skills. + Electrical maintenance proficiency. + Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. + Experience with automated conveyor systems. + Ability to complete preventative maintenance on conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematic systems, motors, wiring, PLCs, and control systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance. + 1+ year of experience in leading and managing a team. + Experience in Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Industrial industries. + Preferred candidates have an associate degree from a technical school, apprenticeship, certifications, military training, or hands-on training related to maintenance field. **Why Work Here?** Join a globally recognized employer, known for its commitment to employee growth and development.
