Lead and/or Participate on RCFA investigations and implement recommendationsProvide troubleshooting and assistance for unusual or persistent problemsCollect and analyze reliability data, maintenance costs, and failure data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementEffectively communicate to Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams regarding plant strategies/performance measures and asset objectives/goalsWork with Capital Project Engineering to define specifications and reliability/maintainability standards for new equipmentActively coach inexperienced engineers to facilitate learning and understanding to avoid repeat failures and eventsWork with the Reliability Specialists and Maintenance technicians to address deviations in equipment performanceRequired Qualifications
Minimum three years of Reliability and/or Maintenance Engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing siteBachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university, or Associate’s degree with relevant work experiencePractical knowledge of reliability processes (RCFA, FMEA, LCCA) and predictive technologies (ultrasound, vibration analysis, thermography)Ability and willingness to work off shift, as required.Ability to assume additional responsibilities, as required.Desired Characteristics
