**Lead LPN** **Location:** **Olean General Hospital** **Location of Job** **: US:NY:Olean** **Work Type** **: Full-Time** **Shift 1** **Job Description** **The primary function of the Lead LPN is to perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse or licensed physician, or other licensed health care provider legally authorized to do so. This position can be reassigned to any location within OGH/BRMC offices as may be required to meet business needs.** **Education And Credentials** **Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing or equivalent training required. LPN currently licensed by the State of New York and Pennsylvania required. If only licensed in one state but not the other candidates must work to receive the other state license within three (3) months of hire. Valid driver’s license.
