Lead Loan Service Representative

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Loan Service Representative


In this role, you will:

Support performance and overall effectiveness of Credit teams and external clients, as well as cross-group administrative operationsProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Loan Servicing functional areaPerform or guide others on complex loan related servicing activities that require planning, evaluation, and interpretationPrioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to Credit teamsProvide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate Loan Servicing team and functional area on wide range of loan servicing activitiesInteract and communicate with agencies, investors, insurers, and all levels of management, staff, and cross-business unitsProvide training to less experienced individuals


Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Candidate preferably with Insurance and Lender Forced Placed Insurance experienceInsurance on collateral knowledge.Good communication and interpretation skills (to read and understand the documents)
