Job Description

We are seeking a skilled laborer with strong experience in construction remodel and new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to train new hires. This role requires physical strength, as you must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, and the ability to drive a truck and trailer.

ResponsibilitiesTrain new hires effectively and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.Travel around the Rochester area to residential homes for remodeling and deck installation.Handle construction tasks using power tools and hand tools.Perform framing, drilling, and door installation efficiently.Utilize saw operations and tape measure accurately.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in commercial construction.Skillful in using power tools and hand tools.Knowledge of framing and door installation.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
