**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). This individual will drive innovation and technical excellence within the Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of microservices framework using domain driven design, event driven architecture and SOLID principles. You will also be designing and implementing new business solutions, providing application deployment guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools, cloud platform, in-house/vendor applications and existing/new designs.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Design and implement scalable, distributed systems components and services for the commercial banking service platform.
+ Build robust APIs, microservices, and workflow-based processing systems.
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives
+ Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and partner with product, operations, and architecture teams
+ Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, quality engineering, and automated workflows.
+ Be responsible for participating in the creation and implementation of a technology framework and providing strong technical expertise to application development teams and senior technology management.
+ Collaborate and consult with key architects, SMEs, senior technology and other technology partners to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
+ Mentor junior engineers and guide teams on delivery, estimations, grooming, and velocity management.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 5+ years of industry experience in software design and development.
+ 4+ years of Core Java experience with Java open-source stack & frameworks, Spring, Spring boot
+ 3+ years of experience working with NoSQL Database such as MongoDB and RDBMS as well with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
+ 3+ years of microservices development, domain driven design and API’s design
+ 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies, enterprise pipelines based on Gradle, Maven and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, Github, etc.
+ 3+ years with Java Framework and Libraries. Has experience with various Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, Java EE and others. Has experience building robust applications using these frameworks.
**Desired Qualifications**
+ Experience in financial services industry
+ Strong understanding of Enterprise Design Patterns, OOP and SOA
+ Experience using CQRS framework like Axon, Akka, Cqrslite etc.
+ Experience with integration and building API’s in REST using, Camel, Fuse etc.
+ Experience in working with BPM or Workflow such as IBM BPM, jBPM, Activiti, Camunda, ODM, Drools, jRules etc.
+ Experience in working utilizing domain driven design, event driven architecture and SOLID principles
+ Experience in messaging technologies: Kafka, IBM MQ, Active MQ
+ Experience with Enterprise Security Infrastructure (Ping, OKTA etc.)

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$131,000.00 - $206,000.00
