**Overview**
The Lead IT Executive Support Specialist will provide high-level technical support to company executives, ensuring seamless operation of all IT systems and devices. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, resolving complex technical issues, and managing IT requests for senior and executive leadership including assistants. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to supporting executive needs in a fast-paced environment.
**This is an onsite position based at our headquarters in Boca Raton, FL, and will require candidates to be available for off-hours support to assist company executives.**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ **Executive IT Setup:** Coordinate and execute the setup of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other technology for company executives, tailoring individual executive preferences and business needs.
+ **Executive Technical Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, providing high-level, personalized support for hardware, software, and network issues both onsite and remotely.
+ **Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for executives, including urgent and off-hours support as needed to ensure minimal disruption.
+ **System Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance, updates, backups, and monitoring on executive devices and systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
+ **User Assistance:** Assist executives with account setup, password management, software installations, and specialized IT requests.
+ **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of executive support requests, solutions provided, and system changes for reference and compliance.
+ **Mentoring:** Support junior IT team members in delivering high-quality executive support and sharing best practices for VIP service.
**Education and Experience:**
+ **Level of Formal Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
+ **Minimum Years of Experience:** 6 years
+ **Type of Experience:** Hands-on experience in systems engineering, applications development, and executive IT support
+ **Technical Competencies & Information Systems:**
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Expertise in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting multi-platform systems and devices for executive users
+ **Skills & Abilities:**
+ Proven self-starter who excels in fast-paced, high-energy environments
+ Strong engineering and IT systems knowledge
+ Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly
+ Demonstrated experience solving complex problems in multi-platform environments
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the information technology industry and best practices
+ Prior experience providing high-level IT setup and support for executives, including off-hours availability
+ Ability to use discretion and confidentiality, handling sensitive executive information with utmost professionalism
+ Anticipating executive needs and providing solutions before issues arise
+ Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
**Additional Skills Required:**
+ **AV & Virtual Collaboration Platform Support**
+ **Conference Room Technology:**
+ Setup and configuration of projectors, smart boards, video conferencing systems (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex Rooms).
+ Connecting laptops to displays, configuring webcams, microphones, speakers, and headsets.
+ **Hybrid Meeting Support:**
+ Managing in-person and remote participant setups for seamless collaboration.
+ **Platform Integration:**
+ Syncing AV equipment with virtual platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex).
+ **Troubleshooting AV Issues:**
+ Diagnosing and resolving echo, feedback, poor video quality, and device connectivity problems.

**Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $94,000/year to $158,450/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
