Role Overview The Integration Consultant is responsible for designing and delivering robust, next-generation integration solutions for US-based clients using UKG products. This role requires strong expertise in HCM integrations and Dell Boomi to build scalable, high-quality solutions that meet client interfacing requirements. The successful candidate will follow established implementation methodologies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities Analyze client requirements and translate specification documents into next-generation integrations using Dell Boomi Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations in alignment with SDLC best practices Collaborate with Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues Act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable integration solutions Perform coding, testing, version control, and deployments; basic GitHub experience is required Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful production deployments Upgrade existing integrations built on legacy technologies and migrate them to Boomi Maintain a strong understanding of the UKG product suite to ensure successful implementation and upgrades Provide regular status updates to peers and onsite stakeholders using JIRA Offer post-deployment and release support, including participation in major releases and upgrades Demonstrate flexibility to collaborate with US-based clients and teams, including evening or US-hour support when required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field 8+ years of relevant industry experience Hands-on experience designing and building integrations using Dell Boomi Strong understanding of SDLC processes Domain knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) is a strong advantage Experience across integration lifecycle phases: design, build, test, deploy, and scheduling Working knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and web service design Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management abilities Company Overview: UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work.
