We’re looking for someone passionate about early childhood development who thrives in a warm, family-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping our youngest learners reach developmental milestones through sensory play, music, movement, and responsive caregiving.
Responsibilities: Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months). Follow a daily schedule that includes feeding, diapering, tummy time, and early learning activities. Build loving relationships with babies, families, and co-teachers. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s daily experiences, growth, and milestones. Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies. Qualifications: At least 6 months of professional infant or childcare experience (required). CDA, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred). CPR/First Aid certification (required). Genuine love and patience for infants and early learning.
