Lead React Native Developer (6-8 years)
Position Overview:We're seeking a Lead React Native Developer to provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the success of our mobile development initiatives.

Required Skills:
6-8 years of experience in mobile app development
Extensive experience leading React Native projects
Expert-level knowledge of React Native architecture and internals
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture patterns
Experience with performance optimization and scalability
Proven track record of team leadership and mentorship
Deep understanding of the mobile development ecosystem
Desired Skills:
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Firebase, etc.)
Understanding of DevOps practices
Experience with A/B testing and feature flags
Familiarity with machine learning integration in mobile apps
