Full Stack Developer (.NET) - offshore

5-10 years of hands on full stack development experience.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer to build and enhance enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self starter who can work directly with product/business stakeholders, deliver with minimal guidance, and proactively drive solutions end to end from UI through APIs, services, and data layers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET / .NET Core and modern web patterns.  Build and consume RESTful services using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API with strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability. Apply design patterns and clean architecture principles to deliver scalable and testable code. Implement robust data access layers using Entity Framework and optimize data operations as needed. Develop modern UI experiences using Blazor (listed internally as Blazer/Blazor ). Implement asynchronous messaging/eventing workflows using RabbitMQ and ensure reliable integrations.  Work with MongoDB for NoSQL persistence and validation as required.  Collaborate closely with product/business teams to refine requirements and translate them into working software increments. Participate in code reviews, improve engineering standards, and contribute to delivery predictability and quality.

Required Technical Skills

.NET Framework, .NET Core ASP.NET, MVC, Web API Design Patterns (SOLID, layered architecture, etc.)  Entity Framework Blazor (spelled Blazer in some internal material)  RabbitMQ MongoDB Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills across UI/API/data layers.

Nice to Have

Experience with distributed caching/messaging patterns and enterprise integration approaches (event publishing/invalidations etc.). Familiarity with engineering practices supporting modernization/DevOps (CI/CD, cloud, containers) (capabilities commonly referenced in broader .NET modernization contexts).
