· Have been or are currently Workday certified

· 5+ years of Workday or related HRMS/Finance integrations experience in a delivery or AMS capacity. You must be able to speak to this experience internally and to customers

· Strong understanding of Workday integrations and related technologies. This includes technical experience with different integration tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP)

· HCM/ERP software exposure across EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies

· Workday Reporting and BIRT development experience or direct oversight

· Have managed and grown offshore Workday teams (India preferred) to support our US/EMEA customer

· Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while not losing focus on quality and team management duties

· Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively come across as a Workday expert and manage client expectations

· Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams

Bonus points if: 

· Have experience working at a certified Workday AMS partner

· You have a good solid understanding of one or more Workday HCM or Financials functional areas.

· Have supported business development or pre-sales in solution architect capacity
