Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on development expertise and proven leadership skills. This role involves designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions while leading and mentoring development teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving best practices across Salesforce implementations.

Must-Have Skills

Salesforce Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL Solid experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools) Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, sharing & security model, and governor limits Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Expertise in trigger frameworks, design patterns, and Salesforce best practices Strong knowledge of CI/CD and deployment strategies Experience using Version Control Systems (Git) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Leadership & Collaboration

Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams Strong code review, mentoring, and technical guidance capabilities Ability to collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and stakeholders Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Salesforce App Builder Certification

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers Review code and enforce coding, architectural, and security standards Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Drive development using out-of-the-box Salesforce features where applicable Guide development of Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, and automated Flows Manage and troubleshoot integrations with external systems Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Act as a point of contact for onshore/offshore coordination Ensure solution quality through unit testing, test coverage, and CI practices Monitor Salesforce system performance and implement optimizations

Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancement strategies
