Oracle Fusion Finance – Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Expenses, and related finance modules. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, delivering effective Oracle Fusion Finance solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements, understand functional needs, and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Finance modules. Provide end-to-end support for Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, including configuration, customization, integration, and testing. Lead design workshops, gather requirements, and develop functional and technical specifications. Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Expenses. Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICEFW objects). Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver seamless solutions. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Finance modules. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Finance latest features, best practices, and industry trends.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion Finance modules — specifically AP, GL, and Expenses. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, including configuration and functional setup. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion RICEFW development and integration tools. Ability to interpret complex business processes and translate them into Oracle Fusion configurations. Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills and familiarity with Oracle tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Oracle Fusion certification(s) in Financials is a plus.Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Familiarity with other Oracle Fusion Financial modules like Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), or Cash Management. Exposure to automation and reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, or Oracle Analytics. Knowledge of accounting standards and financial business processes.
