Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement data solutions, analytics reports for Contact Center with a primary focus on BigQuery. Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project estimates. Oversee the full lifecycle of data engineering projects from inception to deployment. Manage legacy ETL processes and utilize Talend for data transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity. Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP services and technologies.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on GCP services. Strong proficiency in GCP services mainly Big Query Strong proficiency in SQL and large-scale data processing. Proficiency in Analytics Dashboard is a plus Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Experience with real-time data processing and Contact Center analytics
