Total IT Experience: 8–9 years

Salesforce Senior Developer / Senior System Analyst

Salesforce Experience: 5–6 years in Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration, and configuration

Must Have Skills

Salesforce Development (Core)

Strong hands-on experience in: Apex, Triggers, Visualforce Lightning Framework (Aura) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) JavaScript and related Salesforce-supported frameworks Experience in minimum 4 end-to-end Salesforce Lightning projects, including Aura and/or LWC component development Thorough knowledge of Apex coding best practices and Salesforce governor limits Strong experience with SOQL, Data Loader, SFDX, Visual Studio Code

Salesforce Platform & Administration

Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization Experience with: User, role, profile, permission set, and security setup Custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types Validation rules, approval processes Reports and dashboards Implementation experience with Flow, App Builder, and Process Builder

Integration & APIs

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using: REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL Platform Events Bulk API and Metadata API Understanding of Salesforce security models and API client architecture

DevOps & Deployment

Hands-on experience with production deployments using: CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, Copado Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, Eclipse Ability to troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues

Testing & Quality

Strong experience writing unit tests and test classes Ability to code for positive and negative test scenarios Focus on code quality, reusability, and scalability

Communication & Collaboration

Excellent communication skills Ability to coordinate with Onsite (USA-based) Salesforce teams Experience working closely with IT and Business stakeholders

Good to Have Skills

Salesforce Clouds & Ecosystem

Hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud Exposure to: Marketing Cloud / Pardot Einstein AI Salesforce Analytics Field Service Lightning (FSL)

Additional Technical Skills
