The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end Appian applications. The role requires someone who can work independently, understands Appian best practices, and has multiple years of practical experience building robust business process solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using the Appian BPM platform. • Work across the entire Appian stack, including process models, interfaces, data management, integrations, and security. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Appian solutions. • Optimize existing Appian applications for performance and maintainability. • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to ensure smooth project delivery. • Follow Appian and software development best practices to maintain high code quality. • Contribute to solution architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
