MERN Stack Lead Developer (ReactJS + NodeJS) with AI Skill Set

 

We are looking for a MERN Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and NodeJS/Express to lead the end‑to‑end development of modern web applications. This role owns technical delivery across frontend, backend, API design, integration, deployment readiness, and quality practices. The candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions

 

This role requires 7+ years (Full Stack / JavaScript Engineering), with prior experience leading end‑to‑end delivery

 

 Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Technical Ownership / Lead Responsibilities Own technical delivery for end-to-end features: design → build → test → deploy → support.  Lead architecture decisions for MERN components (React frontend + Node/Express backend + MongoDB) and ensure maintainability and scalability.  Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions; maintain active communication with cross-functional teams.  Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and unblock the team on technical impediments.  Frontend (ReactJS) Build responsive UI using ReactJS, component architecture, state management, and modern JavaScript practices.  Create reusable components and front-end libraries; optimize for performance and user experience.  Integrate UI with backend services via REST APIs and ensure robust error handling and user feedback. Backend (NodeJS) Design and build secure, scalable RESTful APIs using NodeJS/Express and implement business logic and integrations. Implement authentication/authorization patterns, role-based access control (RBAC), and secure API practices.  Ensure backend quality via unit tests, integration testing support, and performance tuning. Collaboration, Quality & Delivery Partner with QA to define test strategies and address defects; ensure production readiness.  Contribute to CI/CD readiness and deployment best practices (working closely with DevOps). (Suggested best practice; not tool-cited) Produce and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge repositories.

 

Required Skills (Must Have)

ReactJS (strong hands-on) including component patterns, hooks, state management approaches. NodeJS with ExpressJS building REST APIs and backend services.  Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+), async programming, and clean coding practices.  Experience with MongoDB and data modeling (part of MERN).  Experience owning end‑to‑end development and leading technical delivery. Experience with Git-based version control and agile delivery practices.   Strong background in Node.js, Python, React, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture. (Aligned with similar roles like Java Architect / Full Stack Developer).   knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, cloud networking models, containers (Docker), Kubernetes, serverless, and distributed systems. 

Good to Have (Preferred)

React Native, and Angular experience (mobile app & Web development) is a plus.  Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and serverless patterns is a plus.  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containers, and monitoring.
