Job Description

Proficiency in web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and optimizing queries.

Hands-on experience with APIs (RESTful services) and data integration. Experience with CSOD APIs.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git) is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Title

Cornerstone (CSOD) Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Platform Configuration & Development - Design, develop, and configure modules within the CSOD platform (Learning, Performance, Recruiting, etc.) as per business requirements.

Customize Cornerstone portals and functionalities using standard web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CSOD APIs).

Manage and develop data integrations with third-party systems, working with SQL databases and REST APIs.

Proactively Monitor, Maintain and support Business users on application queries, issues and any adhoc priority requests. 

Strong experience to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications/integrations, ensuring high availability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, perform debugging, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into talent data and ensure compliance.

Conduct unit and integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet quality standards.

Support system documentation, manage deployments, and occasionally provide advanced end-user training or guidance.
