Write clean, high-quality React code, identify areas for improvement, contribute tests, and participate in code reviews. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and traders to gather feedback and refine technical requirements. Coordinate development work across projects with intermediate/junior developers. Debug and resolve production issues with a focus on long-term maintainability. Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and extensibility. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional development experience with React and NodeJS. Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. Strong design sense and ability to style complex components using CSS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with document and relational databases (MongoDB, Postgres, MS SQL). Ability to interface with business teams, product owners, end‑users, and technical teams. Experience leading development projects with other developers. Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and strong ownership over deliverables. Thrives in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Capital Markets.
