Lead I - Software Engineering

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. This role requires strong technical proficiency, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders. ________________________________________ Primary Skill Specializations (Choose Any One): Option 1: SPM (PPM + APM) • Strong hands-on experience in Project Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Portfolio Management, and Financial Planning modules. • Expertise in Application Portfolio Management, including application rationalization workflows, data ingestion, TCO/ROI calculations, and integration with CMDB & Business Capabilities. • Experience working with Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), Agile Development, and SAFe modules is a plus. • Ability to build dashboards, roadmaps, reports, and workspace experiences specific to PPM/APM.
