Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on Salesforce development expertise, and the ability to drive complex implementations while mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

8–12 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce development Strong hands-on expertise in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL & SOSL Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools Experience in Salesforce configuration: Lightning Flows Workflows Process Builder Reports & Dashboards Experience with Sales Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security model Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II (Mandatory) Application Architect System Architect Technical Architect Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) Knowledge of: Service Cloud Experience Cloud CPQ Experience in enterprise-scale, multi-cloud, or global Salesforce implementations Strong knowledge of JavaScript Experience in release management and CI/CD processes

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design, development, and delivery of Salesforce applications and integrations Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows Oversee system architecture, data modeling, and security configurations Manage integrations with external systems Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership Collaborate with architects, BAs, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery Perform impact analysis and production support Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance and release processes Stay updated with Salesforce releases and ecosystem enhancements
