8+yrs Product Owner
1) Should be able to establish the vision for the product, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
2) Need to prioritize and manage the product backlog, breaking down user needs into actionable tasks and ensuring that the development team focuses on high-value features.
3) Need to collaborate between Business/stakeholder and the development team, gathers feedback, clarifies requirements, and ensures that the product meets user expectations.
4) Need to organize and run all Iteration ceremonies. Need to work with design team for mock ups to meet business expectation.
5) Should have problem solving skill, risk identification and mitigation. Need to use metrics to guide updates and improvements to ensure the product evolves with user needs and market changes.
6) To have strong Jira experience and knowledge, dashboard creation and metrics creation. Database knowledge and UI experience.
7) Need strong experience in product management, agile methodologies, or a related role is typically required.
8) Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying the product vision and collaborating with various stakeholders. Should be able to provide solutions and dealing with complex situations.
9) The ability to analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions about product features and priorities is crucial.
