Role Overview

The Appian Developer will design, develop, and support low-code applications to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable rapid digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Appian applications using SAIL, workflows, and business rules

Build and maintain BPM and case management solutions

Integrate Appian with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimization

Participate in requirement analysis, testing, and deployment activities

Prepare technical documentation and support UAT/production issues

Required Skills & Experience

3-6 years of hands-on Appian development experience

Strong understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case management

Experience with Appian integrations and data stores

Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling

Experience across SDLC and Agile methodologies

Nice to Have

Appian Certification

Experience in FinTech / BFSI domains (KYC, onboarding, lending, compliance)

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
