AI Lead
Location : Bangalore
Core Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from R&D to deployment.
Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
Architecting enterprise solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and ensuring alignment with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
Create Azure-native AI architectures; manage Azure consumption costs and quotas.
Key Skills:
Leadership: Team management, agile methodology, and resource allocation.
Strategy: Understanding of market trends, ethical AI, and "build vs. buy" decision-making.
Technical Depth: Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and LLM architectures, MS Azure
Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML
