Lead I - Enterprise Solutions (SFDC Presales Analyst)

Job Title - SFDC Presales Analyst / Business Operations & Consulting
Role Summary
We are seeking a highpotential Salesforce Presales Associate with 1 to 3 years of experience to support presales and solutioning efforts for Salesforce engagements. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate from an IIM / Premium Business School, with strong business acumen and an interest in CRM and cloudbased enterprise platforms.
The role involves assisting Salesforce solution architects and sales teams in understanding customer requirements, positioning Salesforce Cloud solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting client demonstrations across the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Support Salesforce presales activities for new opportunities, renewals, and expansions
Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business needs and sales/service challenges
Assist in mapping requirements to Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Collaborate with solution architects to prepare solution decks, demos, and value propositions
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and scope documentation
Support preparation of effort estimates, assumptions, and delivery approaches under guidance
Assist in coordinating and customizing Salesforce demos and proofofconcepts
Work closely with sales, delivery, and practice teams to ensure aligned solutioning
Develop and maintain presales assets such as presentations, case studies, and capability documents
Stay updated on Salesforce product offerings, releases, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA from IIM or an equivalent premier management institute
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline
Zero to 1.5 year of experience in Salesforce presales, CRM consulting, or enterprise solution support
Basic understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM concepts
Knowledge of sales, service, or customer experience business processes
Exposure to presales lifecycle activities such as requirement discovery, proposal creation, client presentations, and demos
Strong business analysis and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforcebased solution narratives
High learning agility and comfort working in a fastpaced, salesdriven environment
Salesforce training or certification (Admin, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud) is an added advantage
