UST individual would serve as a data expert and support resource, ensuring alignment between our internal data standards and tools such as Coupa, Portfolio Portal, and ERP. Key responsibilities would include:

Providing subject matter expertise on our procurement data structure and taxonomy. Assisting with validation of classifications, supplier normalization, and enrichment outputs. Acting as a liaison between SCJ and Coupa to ensure smooth execution of the data cleansing and enrichment process. Ensure standardization and harmonization of Coupa-related data and other Procurement Data

With Coupa AIC, we aim to achieve high-quality, standardized procurement data, enable accurate commodity and material group classification, normalize supplier records, and provide actionable spend analysis insights. The scope includes cleansing, classification, enrichment, and consolidation of data from Coupa and ERP systems, leveraging AI and rule-based models with manual validation for accuracy.
