Role Scope / Deliverables: Position Summary
The Data Analyst III is a non-supervisory role responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and quality of master data within the organization s ERP system (SAP) and other integrated automated systems. This role supports and maintains master data governance processes and collaborates closely with functional data owners to develop, document, and improve procedures that ensure ongoing master data quality. Hands-on SAP experience and a strong supply chain background are required to effectively support demand and supply chain operations.
Key Skills: **Key Responsibilities**
Create, maintain, monitor, and analyze master data and master relationship data within SAP, including:
Material Master
Master Recipes
Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Purchasing Master Data
Ensure master data accuracy and consistency to support supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution processes.
Perform data cleansing activities to remove obsolete, unused, or duplicate records to improve system performance and data usability.
Collaborate with supply chain and functional stakeholders to support master data maintenance and ensure data integrity across systems.
Develop, enhance, and apply reporting solutions that deliver timely, accurate, and flexible data insights to system users.
Identify root causes of data quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
Document SAP master data processes, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
**Experience (Required)**
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain functions such as Planning/Buying, Scheduling, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Assurance (QA).
3-5 years of direct, hands-on experience with SAP ERP in a manufacturing environment (required).
Experience working with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of SAP master data objects and their impact on end-to-end supply chain processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, external data providers, and management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
**Education**
Bachelor s degree in Business, Science, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
