UST Global is looking for a highly collaborative Workday HCM Consultant with experience as a module lead and key business partner with various functions of the HCM modules. Candidate should have great experience in Workday Core HCM, Workday Security, Workday Integrations and Workday Reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with customers, SMEs and technical team. Profile Summary: - Minimum 4 - 5 years project experience with either Workday HCM or PeopleSoft HCM (Prod Support and/or Development) OR Minimum 8 years project experience of combined Workday HCM and PeopleSoft HR experience - Workday HCM Key Skills: Workday Core HCM, Workday Security, Workday Integration, Workday Reports - Workday Preferred Skills: Workday HCM Payroll, Workday Reporting, XSLT / Javascript scripting, Workday Studio - PeopleSoft HR Key Skills: PeopleSoft HR (Prod Support or Development project experience) - PeopleSoft HR Preferred Skills: PeopleSoft HCM Payroll for North America - With L1, L2, and/or L3 Prod Support Experience. - Amicable for 24/7 support shift.
