You will collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive solutions that align with their business goals and drive digital transformation. Your expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and other ServiceNow modules will be critical in leading successful client engagements and ensuring seamless solution implementations. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and HRSD. Lead pre-sales engagements and respond to RFPs/RFIs by aligning ServiceNow's capabilities with client requirements. Design and present customized solutions, conducting product demos and presentations to showcase ServiceNow's features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, from requirement gathering to implementation. Develop and deliver workshops and solution presentations, ensuring client satisfaction through a consultative approach. Manage stakeholder relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals. Facilitate communication between development, testing, and business teams to ensure smooth solution delivery. Mandatory Skills: Knowledge of ServiceNow and experience in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and other ServiceNow modules, with strong experience in project solutioning and stakeholder handling. Strong business analysis skills and experience in solution consulting and strategic planning. Ability to create and deliver customized solutions and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders. Experience in ServiceNow Projects will be an added advantage.
