Job Title - Microsoft Dynamics Presales Analyst / Business Operations & Consulting
Role Summary
We are looking for a driven Microsoft Dynamics Presales Associate with Zero to 1.5 years of experience to support presales and solutioning activities for Microsoft Dynamics engagements. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate from an IIM / Premium Business School, possessing strong business acumen and an interest in CRM and ERP solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem.
The role involves supporting sales pursuits by understanding customer requirements, mapping business needs to Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, preparing proposals, and assisting in solution presentations and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Support presales activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 opportunities, including CRM and ERP engagements
Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business processes, challenges, and transformation goals
Assist in mapping business requirements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, Power Platform)
Collaborate with solution architects to prepare solution presentations, value propositions, and demo narratives
Contribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, and presales documentation
Support preparation of scope definitions, effort estimates, assumptions, and delivery approaches under guidance
Assist in coordinating and tailoring Dynamics 365 demos and proofofconcepts
Work closely with sales, delivery, and practice teams to ensure aligned solutioning
Develop and maintain presales collateral such as presentations, case studies, and capability decks
Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 roadmap, releases, and industry best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA from IIM or equivalent premier management institute
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline
Zero to 1.5 year of experience in Microsoft Dynamics presales, ERP/CRM consulting, or enterprise solution support
Basic understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and business applications
Knowledge of core business processes across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations
Exposure to presales lifecycle activities such as requirement discovery, proposal development, solution presentations, and client interactions
Ability to translate business requirements into Dynamicsbased solution narratives
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
High learning agility and comfort working in a fastpaced, salesdriven environment
Exposure to Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is an added advantage
Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform training/certification is a plus
