Job Title: Lead HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to handle service calls from commercial customers for HVAC-related issues. The role involves traveling to different customer sites, engaging with clients, and performing necessary repairs. As a lead, you will also mentor and train other technicians on the team.

Responsibilities

Handle service calls from commercial customers for HVAC issues.Travel to different customer sites and engage with clients.Perform appropriate repairs on HVAC systems.Mentor and train other technicians on the team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in commercial HVAC service, including troubleshooting HVAC systems, electrical, refrigeration, RTUs, DOAS, VRF, VFD, split systems, chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, and hydronic systems.Ability to drive a company vehicle.Possession of basic hand and HVAC tools.EPA Universal certification.Michigan Mechanical License is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $93600.00 - $104000.00/yr.
