**Job Title: Lead HVAC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. This role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC equipment and performing corrective measures to ensure optimal system performance. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment. + Perform corrective measures to ensure system performance. + Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide clear explanations of repair options. + Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system breakdowns. + Clean, adjust, and calibrate HVAC components. + Perform system inspections and identify potential issues. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. + Read schematics and technical manuals. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in HVAC troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. + Experience with air balance, mechanical systems, and customer service. + Ability to perform start-ups, preventive maintenance, warranty items, and repairs. + Experience with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers. + Ability to work with indoor and outdoor units. + 10 years’ experience or more as an HVAC Service Technician. + CFC Certification. + Boiler, chiller, and cooling tower experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + EPA Certification. + Experience with duct work and electrical repairs. + Field service experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a company working with 30 different leading brands in all commercial buildings, including hospitals and schools.
