Lead HVAC Installer

What You'll Do:Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, specializing in Mini Splits and Heat Pumps.Work with gas pipes, sheet metal, PVC, and electrical components.Ensure efficient duct installation and routing.Handle refrigerants with care and fine-tune systems for peak performance.Train and mentor fellow technicians while providing technical guidance.Coordinate with other trades to streamline construction projects.Conduct performance tests using specialized tools.Maintain OSHA standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.Travel daily to residential and commercial sites for scheduled services.Keep precise records of customer appointments, transactions, and inventory.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 4 years of HVAC experience with a passion for continued learning.Strong understanding of advanced air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles.Expertise in HVAC specialty tools (sheet metal break, gauges, manometer, acetylene torch, etc.).Ability to read schematics and work plans proficiently.EPA 608 Certification required.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.OSHA 10 Hour Certification (training available).High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
