Job Title: Lead Installer

Job Description

Supervise and be responsible for teams of HVAC installers working on large commercial new construction buildings. This role requires an understanding of layout, design, fabrication, and installation, with proficiency in commercial installations and overseeing these projects.Basic knowledge of sheet metal fittings fabrication is also necessary.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead teams of HVAC installers.Install HVAC systems on large commercial new construction buildings.Understand and apply layout, design, fabrication, and installation techniques.Oversee commercial installation projects and ensure quality standards.Utilize basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings.

Essential Skills

Experience in HVAC, HVAC installation, and commercial HVAC systems.Knowledge of sheet metal, construction, ductwork, and blueprint reading.Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and sheet metal fabrication.Understanding of carpentry and framing techniques.Possession of EPA Universal certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications such as Mech 1 and 06A.Experience with installation and fabrication processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
