We're urgently hiring in our Lead Generation / Call Center in Fulton, MD (Howard County). Candidates in surrounding areas, including Columbia, Baltimore, Annapolis, Silver Spring, Laurel, Crofton/Odenton and College Park, are encouraged to apply.What You'll Do:Call potential customers over the phone—be professional, convincing and confident Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments Hit goals in a dynamic, team-driven environment What You Need (Minimum Requirements): High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc. What We’re Looking For (Preferred Skills and Experience):Clear and professional communication skills A strong work ethic and reliability—you show up and give it your all! Drive to meet and exceed lead quotas Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-centric office environment Friendly and engaging personality—you enjoy talking with people and making connections Willingness to learn  Tech-savvy with the ability to speak confidently with customers, while navigating a CRM system and entering data accurately in real time Paid Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks): To set you up for success, all new Lead Generation Representatives complete a required two‑week PAID training program before starting their regular schedule.
Upcoming Training Class Start Dates:February 23, 2026 (Training runs Feb 23 – March 6)March 9, 2026 (Training runs March 9 – 20)
Training Hours:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMThese hours apply only during your first two weeks. After training is complete, you'll transition into your standard work schedule based on call center operating hours.

Work Schedule Availability:This role follows a set weekly schedule once training is complete. We're looking for candidates who can reliably work 4 weekday evening shifts + 1 weekend shift each week.
Four weekday shifts: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PMYou will be scheduled for four of these five days each week.
One weekend shift:Weekend shift hours vary and may rotate.Specific schedules will be shared in advance.
Standard Call Center Operating Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PMSaturday, 8:30 AM – 8:00 PMSunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PMWhy Window Nation?
