Title: Lead Garnishment Administrator (S5)
Job Summary:
The Lead Garnishment Administrator is responsible for supporting Garnishment Services in providing world class support and timely processing for UKG’s customers who utilize our Garnishment Administration and Disbursement product offering. The Lead Garnishment Administrator oversees day‑to‑day garnishment operations, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, and acts as the first point of escalation, mentors associate across levels, drives process optimization, and ensures customer SLAs are consistently met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
First Level Support:
• Serve as first point of escalation by investigating and providing timely responses to team and customer escalated items
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in wage attachments and relevant systems (Salesforce, GWO, UKG Pro/UltiPro and UTE/SSP)
• Coordinate, deliver and participate in team training
• Assist in the transition to service of new wage attachment clients to ensure a successful customer experience
• Documenting system and operational issues in a way that can be tracked and shared
• Assist in the onboarding of new hires
• Audit Legends for accuracy and relevancy
• Attend/facilitate customer calls if needed
Garnishment Admin Inventory / Case Assignment and Team Backup Assistance:
• Manage inventory of cases for the PODs
o Meet specific team daily / weekly goals and SLAs
• Assisting with processing and/or auditing work for other Garnishment team members needing assistance to meet SLAs
• Leverage reporting to publish SLA metrics for the team as required
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• May be assigned a customer base
Standard Operating Procedures and Training Materials
• Actively review internal processes for optimization and share recommendations with Leadership
• Being consultative with the leadership team on process and efficiency initiatives
• Drive focus for clients with non-standard business practices to improve SLA’s
• Shadow team to ensure compliance to SOPs
• Partner and collaborate with EEC specialists, Garnishment Services management and other internal partners to resolve issues as required
• Assist with additional documentation as assigned
• Assist in the roll out and adoption of new processes and procedures
Additional responsibilities:
• Raise visibility of concerns to leadership
• Promote and inspire cross team collaboration, including other internal workgroups
• Display leadership, encourage team to perform to the best of their ability and be a positive influence among the team
• Act as Team Lead backup
• Assist with resolution of reconciliation items and exceptions as needed
• Create reports for external and/or internal customers as assigned
• Proactively seeks to prevent future issues
• Additional duties and special projects as assigned

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
• Bachelor or equivalent
• 8-10 years of total experience out of which 5 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of UKG Pro is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of US and Canadian Garnishment / Payroll laws.
• FPC or CPP is a plus
