**About the role**
+ Lead the integration technology strategy and Pacific roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture and product goals.
+ Mentor and guide integration engineers and developers.
+ Drive adoption of modern integration patterns.
+ Represent integration in architecture governance forums and technical design reviews.
+ Partner with product managers and architects to define integration strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business capabilities.
+ Design and document integration architectures using APIs, event-driven patterns, and middleware platforms.
+ Evaluate and recommend integration tools, platforms, and frameworks.
+ Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, security, and business teams to manage integration dependencies.
+ Engage with external vendors and partners to facilitate third-party integrations.
+ Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
+ Support audits, risk assessments, and change management processes.
**About you**
+ Significant experience in integration engineering, product development, or systems architecture.
+ Track record in a technical leadership role.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to translate complexity to a non technical audience.
+ Ability to execute and deliver.
+ Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols.
+ Experience implementing secure data exchange and encryption standards.
+ Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps).
+ Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
+ Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
