Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Lead Forklift Operator 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Lead Forklift Operator 3rd Shift, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the inbound and outbound operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Forklift Operator 3rd Shift - Bilingual

Location: Shirley, NY

Pay Range: $20 - $23.75

Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), Monday through Friday

Duration: Temp-to-hire

What's the Job?

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, and inventory management Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations Assign, prioritize, and oversee work duties to meet operational schedules Monitor and document workplace incidents, ensuring safety protocols are followed Support inbound and outbound logistics tasks, including system checks and order releases

What's Needed?

Fluent in Spanish (required) Minimum of two years experience in a shipping and receiving role within manufacturing or logistics Minimum of two years experience as Forklift Operator Supervisory experience is a plus  Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Knowledge of health & safety requirements and safety equipment use
