Lead Forecast Process & Controls Analytics Consultant
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Forecast Process & Controls Analytics Consultant (P4) to join our growing Marketing Science team as part of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL). This role will own controls processes across the Test Design & Planning team, including playing a pivotal role in the marketing forecast process. Additional responsibilities of the role include developing and maintaining documentation & other deliverables in support of the broader Test Design & Planning team and CBL Marketing Stakeholders to help drive testing strategies, and budget & forecasting decisions, and enabling consistency and efficiency in support of these critical processes. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) . **In this role, you will:** + Partner with multiple stakeholders to create and maintain critical processes for the marketing budget and forecast to ensure consistency and on-time execution. + Drive efficiency and consistency in the monthly forecast process by creating and maintaining various views, documents, and outputs to assist in making optimal strategic marketing decisions and communicating key information to various partners and senior leaders. + Ensure all Test Design projects adhere to policies, and compliance & legal regulations. + Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership. **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + 1+ years of previous marketing campaign analytics experience or marketing forecast experience + Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines + Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to inform marketing decisions + Experience owning or creating risk and controls documentation + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams + Experience with large production data sets + Proficiency in SQL, Python / R, and other programming languages, along with Excel + Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science **Job Expectations:** + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. + This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
