The Lead, Video Intelligence & Security (VIS) will play a critical role in transforming traditional camera systems into a modern, intelligence-driven capability that protects people and assets while enabling smarter operational and real-estate decisions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in complex environments, can translate strategy into execution, and partners effectively across Security, Real Estate, IT, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. VIS Program Execution & Roadmap Support
Support execution of the VIS transformation roadmap, evolving from traditional camera systems to an enterprise video intelligence capability.
Manage initiatives aligned to safety, risk reduction, operational efficiency, and real-estate insight.
Track progress against defined success metrics and report outcomes to VIS leadership.
2. Platform Deployment & Optimization
Lead day-to-day execution of VIS deployments across enterprise assets.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support architecture, integrations, and deployment standards.
Monitor platform performance, reliability, and scalability; identify and resolve issues proactively.
3. Cross-Functional Partnership & Adoption
Partner closely with Corporate Security, Corporate Real Estate, Operations, IT, and other business partners to support adoption and ongoing use of VIS.
Support governance forums, stakeholder communications, and change management efforts.
Help align partners around shared outcomes and operational accountability.
4. Process Design, Governance & Compliance Support
Define, document, and implement VIS-related processes and process improvements.
Support governance, privacy, and compliance requirements through adherence to policies and standards.
Conduct process reviews and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
5. Program & Project Management
Lead complex projects spanning planning, implementation, and optimization.
Coordinate infrastructure programs and manage VIS project plans and roadmaps.
Balance tactical execution with awareness of strategic objectives.

Experience managing technology, security, infrastructure, or analytics initiatives

Our Lead Financial Systems - Video Intelligence earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
